Clock Out! is a simple clock-out reminder extension. We do not sell your data. We do not run analytics or ads.

Data we store

Your settings are saved locally in your browser using Chrome/Edge storage APIs. This may include:

• Your chosen clock-out time
• Notification sound on/off
• Ghost position and appearance preferences
• An optional custom GIF you upload (stored on your device only)

This data stays on your device. It is not sent to our servers because we do not operate any servers for this extension.

What the extension does on web pages

The extension injects a small on-page widget (ghost + countdown) so you can see time until clock-out. It does not read page content, passwords, or form data.

• Storage — save your settings
• Active tab / Scripting — show the widget on pages you visit

Third parties

We do not share data with third parties.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated page will be included with the extension.
